When you have found the product you wish to order, click on “Add to Cart”. You can continue shopping by clicking on the “Continue Shopping” or move on to “Estimate Shipping and Tax”. Select your country, type State/province and/or Zip/Postal Code. Click on the Delivery Post box International and click on the “Update Total”. Continue by clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout”. Continue by clicking on “Checkout as Guest” or “Register”. Fill out “Billing Information” and click on “Continue” Choose Shipping Method – currently only by Post and click on “Continue” In “Payment Information” a number of Credit Card options are shown for payment. Now you are entering the Payment site where you need to enter the your credit card details. When we have received your order an order confirmation will be sent to you. The order confirmation will normally be sent within 24 hours. All deliveries on Insektbrillenet.dk are delivered with Post Danmark or another reliable forwarder. Standard Insect Net Glasses without strength (Eyeglass) are delivered within 3-5 working days. If delivery address is Greenland or outside Denmark, it will take another 3-6 days.

Regret of purchase
You have 14 days to regret the purchase, from the day you receive the product. The right of withdrawal applies only if the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. The right of withdrawal is therefor annulled if you use the product in a way, which obviously reduces the sales value significantly. In case you want to take advantage of this right, you must pay for the return freight. On all goods purchased from Insektbrillenet.dk, we provide the 24 month warranty of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about possible deficiencies of the product which occurred within 24 months of receipt of the goods. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects are not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviour that has led to shortages. You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. Complaining within two months is always considered as being timely. The warranty means that you either get it repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the specific situation and product. This is conditioned on the claim being justified. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your costs of freight, equivalent to Post Danmark’s current tariffs.
